Hair Regrowth

I was listed for about 8 months because of personal problems and noticed a large amount of hair on the right side of my scalp alone. I have stress-free for 2 months now and have regrowth in the bare spots, but I'm still losing about 4 hairs a day on the right. My question is, is it normal to lose hair as they grow hair? NO!
